Our Services

Why Phoenix?

We work in a market that depends on consistent, high quality and fast-paced delivery of new network connections. When it comes to design, this can often be affected by a desire to hit higher numbers without the correct allocation of time and poor communication internally and externally.

At Phoenix Design Solutions, we work differently! We are a dynamic design house that see ourselves as an extension of our clients’ own teams, communicating openly and honestly, and delivering survey and design that achieves 90%+ QC compliance first time.

However, we know that things can change. During your build we provide responsive support with the option of direct communication between us and your teams so we can help keep your programme on track.

Wireless Design:

Supporting an innovative future
  • General Arrangement Drawings

  • Detailed Design Drawings

  • DTR Reports (Data Transfer Request)

  • ICNIRP Assessments (International Commission of Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection)

  • Aerial Surveys

Phoenix Design Solutions are experts on both survey and design across wireless and fixed wireless networks. If you require design solutions on greenfield, rooftop or streetworks sites; the Phoenix team are dedicated to producing quality, bespoke plans to ensure that your build runs efficiently.

MDU Design:

Access for Everyone
  • LLD ( Low Level Design)

  • Release Sheet

  • As-built

MDUs are often left in LOC at build! Internal research Phoenix Design Solutions carried out recently showed that on average, 150 premises per design are left unserved, leaving a massive potential client base behind.

This extra step being carried out as part of the overall FTTP design will make the process more cost effective and be quicker to deploy; enabling you to distribute your network to hundreds of potential customers per nodal area.

Let Phoenix Design Solutions assist you in ensuring there is network access for everyone and get your MDU builds over the line!

Reporting
Reports

We provide intelligence, not just data.

We can take your data and put it into one single place, enabling your teams to have a complete picture of all of the work that has been carried out. This can include Delivery Schedules, Quality Performance, Costs, As-Built comparison and a comprehensive breakdown of areas.

We can also include data from other sources or historical information to embed this into our platform making it a one stop shop.

We aim to provide you with as much insight as possible to help you with key decision making, ensuring your planning and build of a network is as straightforward as possible.

Reporting:

Costs

Design Report

Design Report

Each Planner will create their Design Report once the planning process is complete, detailing any prerequisites, an overview of the survey,  changes to how premises are fed and an explanation of their design decisions.

Coupled with the detailed Design Work Points and Risk Register, this adds transparency to our planning process and explains all our decisions.

BOM and Cost Report

Costs

End to end costs are captured once planning is complete, including analysis of serviceable premises and cost-per-premise (CPP).

All materials required are captured as well as detailed civils and cable install rates to achieve an accurate budget for the design.

This report is client specific and may be created directly on the client’s end system.

Health and Safety

Health and Safety

A comprehensive Health and Safety Report is created during planning, listing all of the environmental, network, utilities and traffic hazards for full compliance with CDM regulations and to ensure consistency between Design and Build.

Street Works Report

Street Works 2
Street Works

Once the design is complete, details for each street are exported and manipulated to show any road restrictions, interested parties, traffic sensitivity/management, engineering challenges and details of the activities proposed on each street – speeding up noticing and permitting with the Local Authority.

This report is client specific and may be created directly on the client’s end system.
